We actually have weather into the 70's yesterday and today. I finally got half of the iris bed cleaned up. We are supposed to have a cold front with maybe some rain coming in tomorrow.

Take care!!JBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03555603872823681712noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7515697.post-37304686310726333482009-04-07T04:42:00.000-07:002009-04-07T04:42:00.000-07:00Dear Jen, I concur with Linda. The warm salt water...Dear Jen, I concur with Linda. The warm salt water rinse is the best for sore gums. Continue until tenderness is gone. You're doing well to brush more carefully (gently brush gums too and always use a SOFT toothbrush) and floss at least once a day. More people lose their teeth with gum disease than tooth decay. Nip it in the bud. You can ditch the mouth wash; it usually interfers with digestion. I know you don't swallow it, but digestion begins in the mouth. About your gums: when I get sore gums, I do two things in this order: 1. rinse 2-3x/day with warm H20 and the pink Himalayan salt, and if that doesn't work 2. use the colloidal silver 2-3x/day for a week (and hold it in my mouth for 3-4 minutes). That always works for me. Getting old isn't ALWAYS pretty (or pleasant)!! Can't wait for you to see our Jack-Jack and meet Willow.
