still cornfused, folks... ah-ha I figured it out. It is the name of the company behind "Blogger"/BlogSpot (not Google, but the tech dudes that Google bought out.)

hrm, below is the torn example of using the Compose tab instead of raw, healthy, HTML:
wtf?

I am going crazy! Or freaking out or something like that.

WikStyleLink

As I mentioned in the previous article (Attempting the possible), I was trying to easily link to other articles on this site.

But my hack seems to have a limitation. Since it relies on Blogger's somewhat obscure and not-well-documented "Link" feature...

Link

Attempting the possible

If this works, there should be 2 exampls of a WikStyleLink in this post.

a href method:WikStyleLink

BlogItemURL method:

<$BlogItemURL$>

Ok, I admit, Blogger is far superior to LiveJournal.
I'm now switching over officially (FWIW). I haven't decided if I want to host my own or use BlogSpot.

BlogSpot: MarkHu
SelfHosted: http://www.mhudson.net/blog.html

It was the ability to edit the HTML template of my blog that won me over. Also, seeing sites that seemed to have a personality of their own, like http://www.green-trust.org/ was eye-opening.

Now, if I can only find a way to make it have the ez-inter-link behaviour of a wiki, ... and, um, is it searchable?
